Hall & Woodhouse Limited seeks a Deputy General Manager to lead our teams across premium pub venues. The role focuses on delivering outstanding hospitality, quality food and drink, and driving operational excellence. You will support the General Manager and develop a high-performing team in a supportive, values-led business.

The package includes a base salary up to £38,000, plus benefits and a bonus scheme, with a clear career pathway to GM and opportunities across our expanding regional network.

Qualifications

• DGM/AM/Supervisor with leadership in branded pubs hospitality.
• Based in local area or willing to relocate.
• Expert in quality food and drink with high attention to detail.
• Commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses.
• Diligent with operational standards and processes.
• Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to commit to supporting the GM to build a great team and business.
• Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for guests.
