Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is seeking a Shift Leader to join Wonderful Ness, a part of our family of destination inns. You will oversee daily operations, support opening/closing, and help coach a friendly team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role offers £13.70 per hour plus tips, 60% off meals on duty, and a clear career progression path within Hall & Woodhouse. A positive, energetic, and hospitable approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Experience in hospitality, ideally with supervisory exposure in a busy food-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure safety and security.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Support the General Manager in daily operations and staff development.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming host presence for guests.
