Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in transport, warehouse, logistics or FMCG environments.
• Proven leadership and people management能力.
• Ability to make decisions in fast-paced, time-critical operations.
• Experience managing performance, attendance and operational priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operational teams across the depot.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
• Support warehouse and transport functions to maintain service levels.
• Manage operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support attendance, rota management and resource planning.
• Champion health & safety and promote a strong safety culture.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective operational management.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve high performance.
