ao.com is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to coordinate warehouse operations during the night shift in Stoke-on-Trent. You will focus on efficiency, safety and compliance while supporting all warehousing areas.

You’ll report to the Night Shift Supervisor and drive the nightly performance. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, incident reporting, scheduling, checking 3rd party outbound loads, and overseeing quality management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication across multiple levels.
• Proven ability to manage time and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete incident reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise and delegate daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Be responsible for checking 3rd Party outbound and loads.
• Oversee the quality management of all tasks performed.
• Escalate stock, equipment and operational issues raised by the team.
• Monitor and report MHE equipment maintenance issues to engineering or management.
• Build, plan and oversee nightly teams’ schedules, ensuring task allocation aligns with needs.
