One Stop Stores Ltd, part of the Tesco Group, is seeking a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced retail team in Lincoln. You will take ownership of duties, coordinate a team, and ensure a clean, well-presented store that exceeds customer expectations.

You will coach colleagues on the job, monitor store performance, and implement practical actions to improve service and safety. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and focus on delivering a great shopping trip.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the team to deliver an easy shopping trip.
• Open/close the store and manage duty coverage with safety in mind.
• Act as go-to person for colleagues in absence of Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager in events and community activity.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-presented and stocked.
• Manage queues and daily priorities with breaks.
• Follow health and safety routines and ensure team compliance.
