Job summary

Greggs Plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will inspire and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations across in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels.

As a shift leader you’ll prepare products, manage ovens, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while supporting an inclusive culture and developing your colleagues’ skills.

Qualifications

• Previous team supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including sandwiches and managing ovens during shifts.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable shop at all times.
