Tesco in Manchester is hiring a Shift Lead to steer daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll be the go‑to person for day‑to‑day queries, lead the team in the Manager’s absence, and coach colleagues to maintain a high standard of service.

The role offers flexibility in hours with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and a starting pay of £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores and/or eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication, coaching and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
