Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shifts Lead to oversee store operations and mentor the team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll guide day-to-day activities, coordinate across store areas, and ensure excellent customer service. This role emphasizes inclusive leadership and proactive decision-making.

Starting pay is £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in certain locations (M25). A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles offering 12 hours.
