Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff during assigned shifts
2. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel standards for cleanliness and maintenance
3. Assign tasks to housekeeping team and monitor their completion
4. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and customer service standards
