Responsibilities

• Pre-Shift: Plan shift success using forecasted sales and staffing; conduct walk-throughs; ensure safety and stock checks.
• During the Shift: Optimise team coverage; monitor flow; resolve bottlenecks; coach and recognise staff; ensure safety compliance.
• Post-Shift: Review performance; handover insights to next shift; complete admin tasks; celebrate successes.
