The role requires flexibility to cover Weekdays and Weekends across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Overnight shifts. You’ll be part of a supportive team with opportunities for development and progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to motivate others.
• Willingness to work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan for shift success based on forecasted sales and staffing needs.
• Conduct pre-shift walk-throughs and delegate tasks using checklists.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Review stock levels, menu updates and promotions with the team.
• Optimise team roles and provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and safety protocols.
