Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead a team across store areas, act as the go-to person for daily queries, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.

The role includes duties in scheduling, coverage and adapting to changes. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and roles from 12 hours available.
