Wingstop UK - Bristol Queens Road is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, run smooth operations, and develop the team to uphold high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll motivate the team, step in where needed, and drive strong operational performance during peak periods.

This hands-on role bases you at a restaurant serving dine-in, takeaway, and delivery, where you’ll lead from the front and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Hands-on leadership with a confident, on-floor style.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
