Wingstop in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead fast-paced shifts, motivate the team and maintain high standards across service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll lead by example, coach Crew Members and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You’ll drive operations during peak periods, manage stock and safety, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, friendly service across dine-in, takeaway and delivery channels.
