Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant shifts, support and develop the team, and uphold high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness. The role is hands‑on, based in one of our UK restaurants where customers can dine in, order takeaway, or have delivery.

You’ll motivate the team, step in during busy periods, and drive strong operational performance while ensuring every guest has a great experience.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Ability to lead by example during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, team‑first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and support the team on the floor.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent customer experiences.
• Coach and develop Crew Members.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support stock control and daily operations.
