Wingstop is hiring a Shift Manager to lead in one of our restaurants in the United Kingdom. You’ll oversee shifts, support and develop the team, maintain service standards, food quality and cleanliness to ensure every customer has a great experience.

In this hands-on role you’ll lead by example, motivate staff, handle busy periods, and drive operational performance. You’ll work on the floor with the crew to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding Wingstop values.
