Five Guys in Colchester is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General and Assistant Managers in running each shift to our standards. You will lead by example on the line and dining area, coaching the team to deliver top-notch burgers and fries and an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility across shifts including evenings and weekends, and a focus on maintaining food hygiene and safety while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality or QSR environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.

Responsibilities
