The Chopstix Group is seeking a Team Leader to drive service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll lead from the front, run shifts, and support the store manager to deliver great food and memorable customer experiences.

As a key holder, you’ll coach your team, balance priorities across service areas, and stay calm under pressure, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and late-night trading where required.

Competenze

• Hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused experience.
• Experience leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach with flexibility to work across all store areas.
