POPEYES UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to run one of our busy shifts, coach the team, and uphold Popeyes standards in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment.

You’ll direct and support your management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain food safety, and drive results across people and product. This role offers a clear path to development within a thriving brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader/Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep your team aligned, focused, and energised
• Be the role model — set the tone, keep standards high, and lead from the front
• Create a fun, inclusive environment for team and guests
• Coach, train, and develop your team — building future leaders
• Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards
• Take ownership of your shift performance — labour, flow, and service
