Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach with team support.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused, and energized.
