Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking a confident Shift Supervisor to run shifts, coach the team, and deliver top guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You’ll support management and own your shift to achieve people, product, and guest experience goals.

You'll lead briefings, model standards, and foster a fun, inclusive environment while developing future leaders and ensuring HACCP and safety compliance. This role offers a pathway into management within a dynamic brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on leader who supports the team at all times.
• Strong focus on people, performance, and guest experience.
• Ability to manage standards, compliance, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Support management in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and align the team.
• Be a role model, maintain high standards, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment where both team and guests feel energy.
• Coach, train, and develop your team — building future leaders.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance — labour, flow, and service.
