Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, lead from the front, and coach a fast-paced team in a busy kitchen. You’ll be confident directing and supporting staff to deliver outstanding food quality, quick service, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll own your shift, drive performance across people, product and guest experience, and ensure high standards of food safety and HACCP while maintaining a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Run your shift and lead the team to deliver Popeyes’ quality, speed, and guest experience standards.
• Support the management team in hitting performance goals and driving results.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and keep the team aligned, focused, and energised.
• Be the role model—set the tone, keep standards high, and lead from the front.
• Create a fun, inclusive environment where team and guests feel the energy.
• Coach, train, and develop your team—building future leaders.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and company standards.
• Take ownership of shift performance—labour, flow, and service.
• Bring the fun and keep the energy high, the service smooth, and the culture popping.
