Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a proactive Team Leader to run an area on shift, setting pace and standards for a brilliant guest experience. You will brief the team, roster within your zone, coordinate breaks and keep the service moving, escalating issues when needed.

You'll lead frontline service, hit KPIs for customer satisfaction, speed, and cleanliness, and coach staff in the moment while ensuring safety and compliance on shift.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or leisure.
• Ability to brief and manage a team on shift.
• Customer-focused and able to meet KPIs.
• Calm, organised and proactive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on shift to maintain pace and standards.
• Brief the team, manage rosters and breaks for smooth service.
• Coordinate service flow and escalate issues as needed.
• Coach team members in the moment to deliver great service.
• Uphold safety and compliance checks during the shift.
