Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a shift supervisor to lead our Worthing store. You’ll supervise the shift, coach a team of baristas, and deliver the Starbucks Experience with high quality beverages and service.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to set priorities, manage resources, and resolve issues to optimise the customer journey. We offer 28 days holiday, on-shift discounts, ongoing training through Starbucks Global Academy, and opportunities for internal career

Qualifications

• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer facing role.
• Experience leading operational activities in a retail or hospitality environment.
