Join Caffe8 Nero as a Shift Leader in the UK. You will supervise a team on shift, model outstanding customer service, and help create a welcoming, efficient store environment. Full training is provided, and no previous coffee experience is required.

You will lead by example, support deliveries, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the store. This role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth within a customer-focused brand known for its coffee and seasonal drinks.

Formación

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• No coffee experience required, training provided.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
  From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
