Job summary

Caffè Nero is hiring Shift Leaders to drive store operations, lead teams and deliver outstanding service. Prior supervisory or team-leader experience is a plus, but training is provided for those new to coffee. You will ensure excellent customer experiences, both in-store and via deliveries, while keeping the store safe and tidy.

Expect thorough training, personal and professional growth, and strong team support. The starter rate in this location is £12.76 per hour, rising to £12.91 with service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is ideal.
• No coffee experience required – training provided.
• Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader – but if you haven’t got that don’t worry, we’d still love to hear from you.
