B&Q Dover is looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join the team on a permanent basis. This keyholder position features shifts from as early as 5am to as late as 10pm, supporting a busy store and helping shape daily operations.

You will work closely with Department Managers to lead teams, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth, customer-focused store performance. Training and progression opportunities are available as part of our commitment to development.

• Shift Leads work with Department Managers to develop, inspire and motivate their teams.
• They support the day-to-day activities of their department and strive to create teams who take care of each other and the customers they help every day.
