B&Q Leatherhead is recruiting for a Shift Lead on a permanent, full-time basis (36.75 hours per week). This keyholder role requires early starts and late finishes, with shifts from 5am to 10pm to cover store needs.

As Shift Lead you will support Department Managers, drive excellent customer service, engage with colleagues, and help run daily store operations. You will benefit from B&Q rewards, pension, generous holiday and career development opportunities.
