B&Q in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to join as a keyholder, with early starts at 6am and late finishes at 10pm. This permanent contract role places you at the heart of store operations, supporting customers and leading the team.

You will work closely with Department Managers to inspire and mentor colleagues, ensuring smooth daily processes, excellent service and a proactive culture. Training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow within the Kingfisher family.

Responsibilities

• This is a keyholder position with shifts from 6am to 10pm.
• Join as a Shift Lead and be a big part of customer experience and store operations.
• Shift Leads work with Department Managers to develop, inspire and motivate their teams.
• They support day-to-day activities of their department and help colleagues and customers daily.
