Job summary

B&Q Dewsbury is looking for a Shift Lead to join our store team. This is a keyholder role with responsibilities across early starts and late finishes, covering shifts from 5am to 9pm. We offer permanent contracts and flexible patterns (full time, part time or job share) totalling 36.75 hours per week.

You’ll lead by example in customer service, stock availability and team coaching, supported by our learning resources and benefits package on offer to colleagues across Kingfisher stores.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team as Shift Lead and keyholder.
• Support early and late shifts 5am–9pm.
• Provide excellent customer service and stock management.
