Joe & the Juice in London is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise daily operations on your assigned shift, delivering guest satisfaction and financial performance through DCWF and a people-centric culture. You will lead a fast-paced team and uphold brand standards across service and safety.

You’ll train Juicers, set the tone for an engaging workplace, manage tasks, and contribute to a dynamic store atmosphere with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• DCWF: oversee execution and delegate tasks to maintain a productive team and provide feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: ensure adherence to Pink Standard and report issues.
• Juicer Training: deliver training following our learning mantra to build capability.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service and handle feedback.
• Financial Accountability: monitor daily targets and reporting during shifts.
