Job summary

B&Q Solihull is seeking a Shift Lead for a part-time role of 18 hours per week. You will oversee shift operations, lead colleagues, and ensure a high standard of customer service while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role offers a fixed hourly rate of £14.50 plus a pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday, with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing as late as 10pm, in a store environment where colleagues are supported and valued.
