Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a Shift Lead to support running brilliant shifts and develop the team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You’ll help manage breaks, guest experiences and staff coverage with a focus on delivering PERi-PERi moments.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll motivate colleagues, coach team members and drive performance, with clear pathways into management and a supportive, fun work culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering great guest moments.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate shift teams to run brilliant shifts.
• Ensure smooth operations and guest experience across all channels.
