Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is looking for a Shift Lead in Welwyn Garden City to support and run brilliant shifts, helping your team deliver the famous PERi-PERI experience.

You will lead with energy, motivate staff, and ensure a smooth customer journey across channels, while growing into management pathways. The role offers a fast-paced, family-style environment with opportunities to develop leadership skills.
