Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead at our Stevenage location. You’ll be at the heart of the action, supervising shifts, guiding the team, and ensuring we deliver the best PERi-PERi moments for every guest.

You’ll lead by example, foster a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment, and own the on-shift guest journey from start to finish. Join a supportive family-style team with opportunities to grow, competitive pay per hour, and a culture that values backing each other and having fun

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a love for delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Strong energy and the ability to engage and motivate a team.
