Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is hiring a Shift Lead in Liverpool to help run brilliant shifts and support your team during busy periods. You’ll lead by example, motivate others and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable PERi‑PERi moment.

You’ll bring previous supervisory or team‑lead experience in a fast‑paced hospitality setting, a customer‑obsessed attitude, and the energy to create a fun, inclusive environment where Nandocas can grow. A passion for great food and service matters here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in hospitality.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations.
