Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Bath is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team on the floor. You’ll lead by example, keep service smooth, train colleagues and ensure every guest enjoys the famous PERi-PERi experience.

As a Nandoca, you’ll motivate the team, handle on-the-spot problem solving, and help create a welcoming, can-do atmosphere. This role is a stepping stone into leadership with real scope to grow.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and love for delivering moments of delight.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Support to run brilliant shifts and uphold Nando’s standards.
• Mentor and develop team members, manage breaks and workflows.
• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is warm, engaging and consistent across channels.
