Job summary

Nando's in Sheffield is looking for a proactive Shift Lead to keep our busy restaurant running smoothly. You’ll lead a small team, coordinate shifts, and ensure PERi-PERi moments for every guest.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring energy to the floor, and help develop your teammates through coaching, teamwork and our family‑style values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a focus on delivering great guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate break times, duties and ensuring high food quality.
• Resolve guest issues quickly and maintain a safe, clean dining room.
