Job summary

Nando's Welwyn Garden City is hiring a Shift Lead to support and lead shifts at the Howard Centre location. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent PERi-PERi moments and guiding a team to perform at their best.

The Shift Lead will drive guest satisfaction, manage break coverage, and maintain a fun, inclusive, high-energy environment while upholding Nando's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and delivering PERi-PERi moments every time.
• Confidence in leading people and problem-solving in the moment.
• Hungry to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support shifts to run brilliant service.
