Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is hiring a Shift Lead to support and run outstanding shifts with a friendly, energetic team. You’ll help guide a fast-paced operation, supervise Nandocas, and deliver memorable PERi-PERi moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a passion for delivering PERi-PERi moments.
• Ability to motivate and engage a diverse team across shifts.

• Lead and develop team members to deliver great guest experience.
