Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong energy and ability to motivate others during shifts.

• Confidence in guiding people and solving issues on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise shift teams to deliver smooth, high‑energy service.
• Support scheduling, communication and timely execution of orders.
• Ensure guests receive the PERi-PERi experience consistently.
