Are you a skilled, multi-disciplined engineer looking for a hands‑on, challenging role in manufacturing? We're seeking a Shift Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production equipment, ensuring high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You’ll work across a diverse range of equipment, performing maintenance, fault‑finding, and continuous improvement tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and plant
  • Diagnose and repair machinery faults, minimizing downtime
  • Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
  • Accurately manage spare parts and maintain stock levels
  • Work safely, following all engineering and statutory standards
