Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a SHEQ Advisor to support compliance with our SHEQ management systems and legislative obligations. You will coach staff, promote a strong SHEQ culture, and provide guidance during site visits and audits. The role is full time with some travel and hybrid working from Erith.

You will need a NEBOSH Certificate and IOSH membership, with prior experience in similar roles and a full UK driving licence. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and IOSH Membership required.
• Experience in a similar role is key.
• UK driving licence required as travel is needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ across the group, divisions, depots and sites.
• Promote SHEQ culture and drive out-of-the-box solutions with customers and operations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, management systems and risk controls.
• Support internal and external stakeholders to meet SHEQ targets and OH&S plans.
• Measure and monitor performance against Health & Safety Plans.
• Conduct site visits, audits and provide guidance for corrective actions.
