Ipsum is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our expanding team. Based from our Reading office with travel to sites, this full-time role supports SHEQ management across the group. You will coach staff, promote safe practices, and help implement health and safety plans.
Requirements include a NEBOSH certificate, IOSH membership, and a full UK driving licence. Hybrid working Model applies in the UK.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety required.
- IOSH membership is desirable.
- Previous SHEQ/OSH experience essential.
Responsibilities
- Promote and support SHEQ across the group and sites.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and risk controls.
- Conduct site visits and audits; provide corrective actions.
