Ipsum Utilities Limited in Reading (with home-based flexibility) is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our team. You will provide guidance on SHEQ management systems and ensure compliance with legislative obligations while coaching employees on our safety tools.

This full-time role requires NEBOSH, IOSH, travel across sites, and a UK driving license. We value clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with hybrid working and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety required.
• IOSH Membership required or held in good standing.
• Experience in SHEQ roles and ability to coach staff.

Responsabilités

• Promote and support SHEQ across group, divisions, depots and sites.
• Lead meetings, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, deliver presentations.
