Role and Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
  • Review, develop, and improve SHEQ policies and processes.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and company SHEQ requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver SHEQ training and toolbox talks.
  • Foster a strong safety culture.
  • Report SHEQ performance metrics monthly.
  • Represent the company with external auditors, regulators, and clients.
  • Ensure health surveillance compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO management systems.
  • Proven SHEQ experience (ideally 2+ years, Anaerobic Digestion or similar experience).
