Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a housing professional to oversee the administration and management of social housing properties within communities, ensuring tenants receive a high quality and responsive service in a safe and secure environment.

The role covers tenancy management support for approximately 140–160 tenancies, with duties to discharge landlord obligations, adhere to housing regulations and policies, and oversee sheltered housing schemes. This is a full-time temporary contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in tenancy management and housing administration preferred.
• Familiarity with landlord duties and housing regulations.
• Ability to oversee multiple sheltered housing schemes.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy support for approximately 140–160 tenancies.

Working within communities ensuring tenants receive a high quality and responsive housing and support service in a safe and secure environment, including providing tenancy management support and encouraging independence and choice.

To oversee the administration and management of social housing properties.
With an overall responsibility for approx.140 - 160 tenancies.

Ensure housing landlord duties are discharged in accordance with the client's policies and procedures.

To ensure that housing regulations, policies and procedures are adhered to.

To oversee the housing administration and management of social housing tenants and their homes across several sheltered housing schemes.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
