Job summary

BGEN Ltd is seeking a SHE Lead to guide safety across all business areas, lead investigations, and ensure compliance, driving a proactive safety culture on major infrastructure projects.

You will manage multi-site teams, apply CDM 2015, and deliver assurance at senior level while collaborating with clients and stakeholders. The role includes audits and continual improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Five years SHE experience in MEICA and construction.
• Proven leadership across multi-site or cross-divisional teams.
• Senior SHE oversight in large infrastructure projects.
• ISO 45001 auditing experience.
• Expert CDM 2015 knowledge and high-risk activities.
• Ability to drive improvements and influence positive culture.
