BGEN Ltd is seeking a project delivery professional to lead multidisciplinary electrical and utility projects. You will manage scope, cost, quality and schedule while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.

This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions
You’ll lead project delivery with a steady focus on meeting scope, cost, quality, and schedule goals. Keep programmes, forecasts, and reports up to date while staying closely connected with clients as their main point of contact.
You’ll guide engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets standards and safety expectations. Identify risks and opportunities early and put practical plans in place.
You’ll share clear progress updates, manage changes smoothly, and encourage open, collaborative working with clients and partners.
You’ll drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned.
