Join BGEN Ltd as a SHE Lead to guide and support safety across infrastructure projects. You will champion a proactive safety culture, lead investigations and ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and ISO 45001 standards while driving continual improvement across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health & Safety required.
• Five years SHE experience in MEICA and construction required.
• Proven leadership across multi-site or cross-divisional teams essential.
• Senior SHE oversight in large infrastructure projects required.
• Strong team leadership delivering consistent guidance.
• Expert CDM 2015 knowledge and high-risk activities.
• ISO 45001 auditing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities
